An opportunity for hands-on applied learning and connecting with others in the sports turf industry, held on-site at a sports turf facility.  Come learn about sports field challenges, transformations, successes and best practices.  See and test out sports turf management supplies and equipment options up close.  And we have a fantastic lunch too!

Presenting compelling and often harrowing stories of working under pressure with full regard for safety and attention to detail, North Shore Rescue Team Leader Mike Danks will pass along certain key skills that we could all use, in particular, how to communicate effectively with others to achieve shared goals. 

Industry leader Egan Davis from the City of Richmond will integrate multiple short-burst presentations into his one hour time slot including bits on native grasses, irrigation precision, no mow areas, hardiness and more.

Day will include:

• Turf management best practices shared
• Equipment and maintenance demonstrations
• Meet experts in the field and others in the industry
