Sports Turf Canada is proud to host our 2025 annual members town hall at BMO Field in Toronto, ON!
Don’t miss this unique experience to learn how Toronto’s BMO Field’s grounds team prepares for the 2026 World Cup. See the field being resodded, learn about sports field best practices and connect with others in the industry, many of which are experts in our field. Sports Turf Canada will also hold a brief member Town Hall to discuss the future of our organization.

Additional attendees from a member facility who are not STC members qualify for the same rates when registered with a member who will be in attendance at the event

Join others at BMO Field to learn how they are preparing for the 2026 World Cup. Sponsorship helps reduce the costs for our sports field professionals to attend.
What will you get?
· Your organization’s description and contact information included:
o in a notepad that is handed out to all attendees
o in an email to all attendees
o on Sports Turf Canada’s website
· Your sponsorship acknowledged during the event
· A list of attendees contact information post event
· Acknowledgement in social media content pre and post event
· Registration for 2 people to attend
SPONSORSHIP: $250
Note: Event confirmation occurs once payment has been made in full.
CANCELLATION:
A complete refund, less a $45 administrative fee, will be issued provided written notification of cancellation is received by Sports Turf Canada no later than 10 calendar days prior to the event date. Those who register but do not attend will not receive a refund. If you are unable to attend, you may send a colleague in your place, provided written notification is provided in advance of the event. A refund will occur if the course needs to be cancelled for reasons beyond our control, by Sports Turf Canada . Any additional costs incurred by registrants will not be covered by Sports Turf Canada. We reserve the right to cancel any event.
