Looking to improve the condition of your sports fields?

This full day on-field event brings together sports field professionals across the province for field management / maintenance training, networking and to view products and services available for the industry. This event is outdoors, on the sports fields. The day runs from 7:30am to 2:30pm. and it's talked about for years after!

OUR DAY INCLUDES

Sports field maintenance presentations and demonstrations
Connecting with the suppliers and vendors who serve our industry
Speaking with field management experts in the industry
Meeting other sports turf professionals who do what you do
On-field demonstrations such as (dependent on suppliers / vendors)
- infield management
- robotic / autonomous equipment
- various cultural practices (overseeding, aerating, topdressing, etc.)
- track maintenance
- line painting
- testing and trying equipment
- fertilizer best practices
- use of tarps / covers
- irrigation understanding
- battery operated tools and equipment
- artificial turf maintenance techniques

8:10am	Presentation: Oakfield Rugby Park - Creating a hub for learning, community, and collaboration
8:35am	Focus groups
9:00am – 9:25am 9:30am – 9:55am 10:00am – 10:25am 10:30am – 10:55am	On-Field: Rotate through various areas, including such items as: · Line painting · View sports field resources on display · Autonomous Mowers · Cultural practices demonstration · Fertilizing know how & calibration · Topdressing demo · Field repairs · Aerating techniques
11:00am	On-Field Equipment Expo – Mowers, Aerators, Seeders, Topdressers, Tractors, Blowers, etc
11:30am	Lunch for all!
12:30pm – 2:00pm	On-Field Presentations, such as · Managing Field Wear · Irrigation Best Practices · Cricket Pitch tips & tricks
2:00pm	Wrap Up - Thanks to all those who attended! Safe travels back this afternoon.

Registration includes educational presentations, supplier displays, lunch, field demonstrations and refreshments.

CANCELLATION

Notice of cancellation received by Sports Turf Canada no later than 10 calendar days before the event date will receive a complete refund less a $50 processing fee. Those who register but do not attend will not receive a refund. If you are unable to attend, you may send a replacement in your place, provided written notification with replacements name and email is sent before the event begins. Registrants will receive a full refund should the event be cancelled. We reserve the right to cancel an event due to conditions beyond our control. Registrants are required to reach out to Sports Turf Canada by phone or email to cancel a registration or to resolve payment or refund concerns.
